How it Works

The first step is to contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.

 

We're always happy to have a friendly chat about whether this is the right decluttering service for you. We can then go ahead and book a free consultation in person or online.

The Consultation

We offer a free consultation in person or by video call.
During this time we will evaluate your space and its challenges. We'll then discus your hopes and vision. We listen and put forward suggestions to suit your budget. 
If you're happy following the consultation, we can book in the first session.

On the day

The first few hours are spent with you sorting through your belongings. They are categorised into 'Keep', 'Sell', 'Donate' or 'Recycle'. All items which are not 'Keep' are removed from the room. Now you can leave us to work our magic. If storage solutions are required we will put these in place. At the end of the session we will take away your charity donations and show you around your new clutter free, organised space.

The 'Sort & Declutter' 
The process of sorting and decluttering your home or place of work is not easy on your own.  If you're looking to reduce stress, decluttering your environment is a good place to start. Getting rid of excess stuff can benefit your mental health and increase productivity by making you feel calmer, happier, and more in control. 
We will work with you to help ensure you make the best decisions for your space, belongings and create a manageable system.

Pre and Post Moving Services
Are you planning a move in the not-too-distant future?
Have you already moved and are overwhelmed by boxes? 
We can help by sorting through your belongings before and/or after your move. By doing so, this makes the packing process easier and avoids extra costs of transporting things you no longer need. After the move, we will unpack and organise your belongings systematically and efficiently. We'd love to help you with any stage of the moving process.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that both you and Sort and Declutter may need to reschedule a booked session. There is no charge for rescheduling a session. Cancellations require a minimum of 72 hours notice and can be rescheduled. Cancellations made 72 hours or less will forfeit the deposit. ​​
