We all have those items where you think it should go but convince yourself you still need it so back it goes in the cupboard. How do we tackle those? here are a few simple questions to ask yourself along the way:

1) Could you make some money selling this? Check selling sites to see how much money the item is selling for. Does that money buy you something you actually need if yes it’s Time to sell!

2) Is this something I'll want my children to see one day? A photo of the family, or a piece of work you are proud of yes, a box full of tickets with no descriptions of who’s ticket that belonged too, probably not.

3) Do I already have a number of these? Having multiple items of the same thing just causes more clutter, causing more stress, think hard would I use all these at the same time, probably not. If not pass them onto some else who needs them more.

4) Do I love this item? You may have loved this item once but do you love it now is the big question! If no, donate or give to a friend who may love it now.

5) Does it cost a lot to replace?

30 wooden spoons etc are not needed and takes up lots of space, when that item breaks replace with another one.

6) When I wear this, do I feel good? Be confident, If that item makes you feel dull, or you are squeezing yourself into it it’s time to pass it on.

7) Do I know someone who needs this more than me? One of the hardest things to get rid of is your baby stuff, try thinking of a new mum that needs it more.

Good luck, you've got this!

Or alternatively we'd love to help so just drop us a line.
