We all have those items where you think it should go, but convince yourself you need it. Well we find that asking yourself these questions, will help you decide if it should stay, or if it should go?

Could you make some money selling it? Check selling sites to see how much money the item is selling for. Does that money buy you something you actually need, if it's a yes, it’s time to sell!

Is this something you'll want your family to see one day? A photo of the family, or a piece of work you are proud of yes, a box full of tickets with no descriptions of whose ticket it belonged too, probably not.

Do I already have a number of these? Having multiple items of the same thing just causes more clutter, causing more stress. Think hard would I use all these at the same time, probably not. So pass them onto some else who needs them.

Do I still love it NOW? You may have loved this item once but do you love it now is the big question? If it's a no, donate it to a friend or charity shop. .

Does it cost a lot to replace?

15 wooden spoons, 5 hair brushes etc are not needed and takes up lots of space. Only when that item breaks replace it with another one.

When I wear it, do I feel good? Be confident, if that item makes you feel dull, or you are squeezing yourself into it, it’s time to pass it on.

Do I know someone who needs it more than me? One of the hardest things to get rid of is your baby stuff, try thinking of a new mum that needs it more.

This is really interesting and defiantly worth doing before we move or even before we put the house on the market. Thx
