We have joined forces with Alex, a personal stylist to offer you a fabulous wardrobe edit and organisation package.

As spring approaches and the days lengthen, it's time to revitalise your wardrobe for the new season ahead. Just as a thorough spring clean rejuvenates your living space, editing your wardrobe will refresh your style and create a clear and calm mind.
Sort & Declutter have joined forces with Luxe Leopard Lifestyle to share both of our expertise to nail your wardrobe detox.
Here are some top tips on how to embark on a journey of renewal and rejuvenation of your wardrobe:
Define Your Style Goals: Before diving into your wardrobe edit, take a moment to clarify your style vision for the season. Pinterest is a great tool for this. Whether you're aiming for a capsule wardrobe or refreshing your everyday essentials, setting clear style goals will guide your decisions and keep you focused.
Gather Your Tools: Equip yourself with the essentials for sorting through your wardrobe. Have bins bags, and boxes at the ready to categorise items into keep, sell, donate, or discard. These tools will streamline the process and make decisions easier.
Start Fresh: Empty your wardrobe completely to start with a clean slate. This blank canvas will allow you to assess your clothing with fresh eyes and envision new outfit combinations for the season ahead.
Organise by Category: Categorise your clothing into groups such as tops, bottoms, dresses, and outerwear. Sorting items into distinct categories will make the editing process more manageable and efficient.
Evaluate Each Item: As you go through your wardrobe, evaluate each item based on its fit, condition, and relevance to your current style. Ask yourself if it sparks joy. Align your style goals and if you realistically see yourself wearing it in the upcoming season.
Get Organised: Take photos of outfits you like as you try them on. To make it easier getting ready in the morning, stick the photos on the inside of your wardrobe door for inspiration. Try accessories and jewellery on with your outfits and if you like the combinations, hang them on the hanger to remind you to jazz up your outfit next time you wear it.
Let Go With Love: Don’t forget to be realistic about your current lifestyle and what clothes work for you. Don’t cling on to high heels you used to wear if you’re now a mum running around after little ones. Create a wish list as you go of pieces you feel you're missing and could help you to create new outfits from what you've already got.
Maximise Space: Make the most of your wardrobe space by minimising duplicates and optimising storage solutions. Invest in space-saving velvet hangers and storage containers to maximise your available space and keep your clothing in good condition.
Refresh and Renew: Before returning items to your wardrobe, take the time to clean and refresh your space. Consider rearranging the layout or adding new organisational tools to give your wardrobe a fresh look and feel. Put the items back into your wardrobe by product category. For example; all of your jeans together, all skirts together and all tops together. This will help you to find things more easily. If you want to be super organised, you could also organise by colour within each category too. It's amazing how uplifting this organisation can feel once it's finished.
Game Changing Hanger Tip: Try putting everything you want to keep back in your wardrobe with the hangers facing one direction. Then each time you wear something, turn the hanger around the other way. At the end of a set time period (for example 6 months), you will instantly see how much of your wardrobe you actually wear and then cull accordingly.

Finally Donate Responsibly: Properly dispose of or donate items you no longer need. By donating to organisations like the British Heart Foundation, you can ensure that unwanted items find new homes and contribute to a clutter-free wardrobe.
By following these steps, you will embark on a journey of style transformation whilst decluttering your wardrobe and create a curated collection that reflects your style and aspirations for the season and year ahead.
If this all feels too overwhelming to do yourself, let’s spring into style clarity together! You will leave the session with a catalogue of new outfits and a tidy and well organised wardrobe. You will feel like you’ve been out shopping without leaving your home and have peace of mind from a wardrobe detox, with no more stress! You will also have the benefit of us taking your unwanted clothing to donate or dispose of.
